Before Kaitlyn came to me she was desperate to live a healthier life and change the tune on her life. 

She wanted to build muscle, improve her athletic performance in netball, improve her daily habits, eat to fuel her body and love what she seen in the mirror. 

She wanted to become a better version of herself. 

So we mapped it all out. We started with refining her daily habits, improve her nutrition and getting her into the gym more consistently. 

Week after week we worked to improve her adherence, her training intensity, her application to become better.

Fast forward 2 years and she is a totally different woman. She is confident, she LOVES her training, she has lost OVER 20kg and she has built the habits and relationships for long term success
